Cupping flights
Taste three or four current lots side by side, guided by whoever's on the bar that day.
Pour-over bar
Every lot on the shelf, brewed to order, with the same dial-in sheet that ships in the bag.
Retail shelf
Take home whatever you tasted — plus filters, a scale, and the odd brew gadget we actually use.
Roasting Tuesdays
Come early and you can watch that week's lots go through the drum roaster, start to finish.
